Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager (E&M)

As a member of the Hong Kong Electrical Contractors' Association Limited since 2007, we have harnessed our expertise, advanced technology, and qualified engineers to provide top-notch services in design, consultancy, and construction of electrical and mechanical installation projects in Hong Kong. We are proud to have been introduced to the list of approved suppliers of material and specialist contractors for public works in various categories, including Electrical Installation (Group II) in April 2017, Steam and Compressed Air Installation in September 2018, and Air Conditioning Installation (Group I) in February 2021. Additionally, we are a registered specialist contractor in the Ventilation Works Category with the Buildings Department.
With our continuous growth, we have expanded our offerings to include a gas system division specializing in various gas system solutions. Our well-trained engineering team excels at delivering perfect solutions for each gas system installation project, ensuring the safe and proper use of technical gases through our cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling different E&M projects including tendering, preparing material orders, arranging site activities;
Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors on site;
Coordination, arrange and progress monitoring for MVAC / EL / Gas installation / maintenance works, repairing works, renovation works and A&A projects;
Drawing and document preparation & submission to statutory department;
Liaise with sub-contractors for timely completion of the project;
Good problem solving skills, organizing and planning ability;
Independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
Willing to work out-of-office in various locations
Qualifications & Experience :
Degree level education in Building Service Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related discipline;
Min. 6 years professional experience in consultancy, contracting or from an industry related supplier, less experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager;
Design experience is highly preferred; Proficiency in Auto CAD Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Power Point;
Immediate available is much preferred.
