How you will make an impact:
Assist team supervisor to carry out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.

Handle clients enquires and resolve complaints in maintaining good relationships with them

Liaise with and supervise the performance of the service contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies

Assist the handover / takeover of premises

Monitor the validity of the services contracts/certificates/licenses on building’s facilities

Handle procurement

Assist in the coordination of ad hoc building functions and events

What we are looking for:
Form 5, HKDSE or above, in Property Management or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years working experience in management including at least 1 years at supervisory level

Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Well-versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & Power Point

Good command of spoken English and Mandarin

Holder of PMP License is an advantage
