We are currently looking for an Assistant Properties Officer to join our Leasing & Management Team in Hong Kong’s leading decentralized office area – Taikoo Place. With top-flight technological facilities and an integrated community, Taikoo Place is a thriving hub of 10 interconnected office towers that has seen continuous upgrading and expansion. Our Leasing & Management Team is professional in leasing and management of a comprehensive development comprises retail, office and carparking, and providing quality services to our tenants and creating added value for our investments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing documentation for tenancy and property management matters
Handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints effectively and to maintain good relations with tenants
Coordinate tenants’ fitting out matters and carpark operation
Oversee leasing data system, and providing support to the team
Prepare regular reports for management review

REQUIREMENTS

Post-secondary or tertiary education preferred
Minimum 2 years’ clerical and/or administrative experience, preferably in leasing or property-related industry
Excellent communicator who can clearly and effectively communicate to diverse groups of audiences
Active learner who finds learnings from experimentation and both successes and failures
Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, Power Point
