Assistant Property Officer - Taikoo Place

We are currently looking for an Assistant Properties Officer to join our Leasing & Management Team in Hong Kong’s leading decentralized office area – Taikoo Place. With top-flight technological facilities and an integrated community, Taikoo Place is a thriving hub of 10 interconnected office towers that has seen continuous upgrading and expansion. Our Leasing & Management Team is professional in leasing and management of a comprehensive development comprises retail, office and carparking, and providing quality services to our tenants and creating added value for our investments.
- Preparing documentation for tenancy and property management matters
- Handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints effectively and to maintain good relations with tenants
- Coordinate tenants’ fitting out matters and carpark operation
- Oversee leasing data system, and providing support to the team
- Prepare regular reports for management review
- Post-secondary or tertiary education preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ clerical and/or administrative experience, preferably in leasing or property-related industry
- Excellent communicator who can clearly and effectively communicate to diverse groups of audiences
- Active learner who finds learnings from experimentation and both successes and failures
- Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, Power Point
