Responsibilities:
Lead a team to manage and implement quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure a high food safety standard.
Liaise with the Group Quality Assurance Department and work closely to update food safety and quality management system subject to local and international food safety regulations and standards.
Develop new product guidelines, Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to local and overseas markets.
Implement, review and update operation processes, controls and documentation procedures for both local and overseas markets.
Identify compliance/safety risk and provide advice with actionable plans to ensure the standards and customer satisfaction are fulfilled.
Conduct inspection, on-site monitoring, food sampling and audit for stores.
Provide food hygiene training to frontline staff.
Monitor the performance of operations and suppliers if requested.
Evaluate, audit and track suppliers’ performance in terms of production process, hygiene quality and timely inspection.
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
Degree or above in Food Science or any related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in Quality Assurance field, preferably in food retail or manufacturing industry.
Familiar with Quality Management System, HACCP and ISO 22000.
Knowledgeable in Food Quality audits, International safety regulation SOP development and product standards.
Strong in the HK food regulation and international food safety management system.
Self-motivated, well-organized and a good team player.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Excellent command of English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Chinese word processing.
