Responsibilities:
Support purchasing activities for the overseas team in Group Supply Chain Department
Co-ordinate with vendors for shipment to ensure the delivery is on schedule
Handle quotations, invoices, and payments and develop a database
Handle shipping documents and purchasing and analysis reports
Assist in overseas projects and handle settlements
Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or any related disciplines
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
Proactive, responsible, self-motivated
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
