Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support for the Operations department
Coordinate regular meetings, prepare agenda, minutes and meeting materials
Prepare and maintain communication materials in F&B outlets, e.g. memo, notice, label, etc
Handle purchase orders and invoices by Supply Chain Management system
Support office administration and prepare regular reports
Undertake ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:
F.5 / HKDSE or above
A minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in clerical / administration is preferred
Independent, good interpersonal & communication skills
Good command of English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
