Responsibilities

Assist in various talent development programmes;

Prepare training materials & develop new initiatives;

Execute, monitor & evaluate effectiveness of training activities;

Manage training logistics, records and regular reports;

Support & assist in ad hoc training projects as required.

Requirements

Degree holder with at least 2 years’ relevant experience, HR/Admin preferred (Senior position will be considered for candidate with more experience);

Previous exposure in construction industry is an added advantage;

Good organizing & planning skills, can-do attitude & capable of handling multi-tasks and meeting tight deadlines;

A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Proficient in MS office application;

Work on Saturday if necessary;

Immediate available is highly preferable.
