Responsibilities:
Be responsible for overseeing the complete payroll and pension processing cycle;

Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of HR systems records;

Contribute to HR system enhancement projects and perform regular data validation procedures;

Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:
Degree holders in HRM or relevant disciplines;

3 years in HRIS support, exposure in SAP Success Factors HRIS is preferred;

Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations;

Proficient in MS applications, especially in Excel;

Customer and target oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, able to work independently and meet assigned timeline;

Good Team player with positive mindset and strong sense of responsibility;

Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;

Knowledge in construction industry would be an advantage;

Immediately available is preferred.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer.
