Assistant Survey Officer

We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Survey Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Swire Properties’ portfolio comprises office and retail properties, serviced apartments, hotels and luxury residential projects. We are committed to offering visionary design, superior facilities, outstanding management services, convenient infrastructure and high space efficiency at prime locations while also prioritising the interests of the people who live and work in our communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare market research, analysis and reports
- Conduct project feasibility studies
- Carry out project coordination work
- Assist in property management functions
- Assist in sales launch preparation
- Handle any ad hoc projects
- Degree Graduate in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management or industry related disciplines
- Degree accredited by HKIS General Practice Surveying Division are preferred
- Fresh Graduates or recent graduates (with not more than 2 years' work experience) are welcome
- Right to work in Hong Kong (IANG are welcomed)
- Truly interested in property development and management in Hong Kong; experience in this area would be an asset
- Commitment to become a qualified Surveyor
- Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong passion, commitment and alignment with Swire Properties’ Visions and Values
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written) in Chinese, English and Putonghua
