Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development/ Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about business growth and eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, market research, and client relationship management. You will work closely with senior team members to support the company’s expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies.
- Participate in client meetings, client interview, client relationship building-up.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new revenue streams.
- Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and post content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media.
- Help design graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business development, social media, digital marketing, sales, and market analysis.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Xiaohongshu, We Chat, Zhihu, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc.).
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
