Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Psychology/Mental Health Content Creation Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will be responsible for developing content related to mental health, psychology, and emotional well-being, tailored for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
You will work closely with our team of mental health professionals to ensure content is both educational and accessible. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates in psychology, counseling, or a related field who are looking to gain practical experience in mental health communication and content development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Write and develop high-quality content related to psychology, mental health tips, and wellness practices.
- Research: Conduct research on current trends in mental health and wellness to create evidence-based articles, infographics, and videos.
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating engaging posts for our social media platforms to raise awareness about mental health topics.
- Collaborate with Professionals: Work closely with mental health professionals to ensure accuracy and sensitivity in content creation.
- Audience Engagement: Respond to comments and queries on social media and blog platforms, fostering a positive and supportive community.
- Administrative Support: Assist in the organization of mental health resources and administrative tasks related to content production.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English and Simple Chinese
- A deep interest in mental health and well-being.
- Experience with content creation for blogs, social media, or websites is a bonus.
- Familiarity with research and evidence-based approaches to mental health topics.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and a passion for making mental health information accessible.
