Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and exiting staff.
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities, internal communications, and team-building events.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation in compliance with local regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Capital team as needed.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in HR or internships related to people management is a plus.
