Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and talented Business Development professional to join the growing commercial team in our Hong Kong office, working on our flagship product Lexology Panoramic.

This is a new business focused role working across a set of defined international territories. You would be responsible for nurturing and closing new business prospects and selling a variety of products to new clients, whilst also using your relationship management and negotiation skills to upsell existing clients via telephone / screenshare presentations and email communications.

What you would be doing:

Generate new business and grow existing accounts across a set of defined geographical territories.
Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed quarterly new business targets.
Develop in-depth market and sector knowledge of clients and competitors that is shared within the company to enhance the client experience and product development.
Occasional lead generation tasks.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

What we are looking for:

Fluent English capability (knowledge of other Asian languages a plus)
Commercial experience in a customer-facing sales role
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Highly motivated, target oriented and good influencing skills
Strong organisational skills
Good relationship building skills
A keen interest in current affairs combined with an international outlook
An understanding in the legal sector would be advantageous but not essential
