Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with existing clients monitoring their current product usage to provide opportunities for upselling
• Initiate, scope and manage renewals to increase sales yield levels and revenue
• Work with Client Services team to carry out the activities through the client life-cycle to increase renewal rates by volume and value
• Development and implementation of client sales plans for products and territories to meet your sales targets
• Support our product development function by suggesting new ideas and garnering client feedback where appropriate and in the launch process of new products
• Generation of new business Lexology Intelligence sales across the region.
• Generation of business is conducted via both desk-based work and international sales trips. The role also required attendance at regional tradeshows and conducting face to face client meetings at international events.
• Generate new leads and contacts using both internal and external research resources
• Update the CRM to ensure the CRM accurately reflects your sales activity through the buying stage to move Leads and Opportunities to Closed Won or Closed Lost status
• Ensuring your clients have signed contract and orders are processed in accordance with GDPR regulations
