Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Our client is seeking a motivated and driven sales professional with a strong sales mindset. While a background in general insurance is preferred, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that drive lead generation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a competitive environment (general insurance experience is preferred but not required).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving personal performance.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Results-oriented and driven, with a passion for exceeding goals.
