Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of the new financial website platform, developing operational strategies and managing their execution.
Establish and enhance the operational framework for the website and app, continuously refining management systems and processes.
Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to formulate short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategies for the platform.
Manage daily operations related to content creation, marketing, event planning, and customer service strategy for the website.
Monitor and evaluate website analytics and user feedback, making ongoing adjustments to optimize operations. Collaborate with relevant teams (e.g., Product Team) to improve user experience.
Support and coordinate efforts in media promotion, marketing, and brand development.
Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational performance metrics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in internet product operations, including over 3 years in team management.
Significant experience in internet operations, with strong planning skills and extensive professional knowledge, along with a proven ability to independently manage operational projects.
Clear methodologies and insights into content and user operations.
Strong data analysis skills, with a logical approach to business data and the ability to make informed decisions based on that data.
Excellent problem-solving skills from a user perspective, along with logical thinking and operational planning capabilities.
Goal-oriented with a commitment to excellence and innovation, capable of thriving under pressure while continuously learning and evolving.
