Job Description:
Handle customer service and maintenance request

To coordinate with other departments to provide the service

Shift duty may be required

No selling is required

Requirements:
HKCEE / DSE or above

Have Chinese word processing & English typing speed of at least 20 wpm

At least 1 to 2 years working experience, prefer in call centres/in the field of customer service

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Call Centre Officer
