KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To conduct follow up outbound calls to customers to ensure high quality customer service

Database and training will be provided

REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years’ experience at least in any segment of customer services

Customer-oriented with pleasant telephone manner

Hands on PC skills (Microsoft office, Internet etc.)

Immediately available is highly preferred
