KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct Outbound Calls (non-sales)

Ensure customer feedback are effectively and efficiently resolved with courtesy

Fulfill daily operational tasks and documentation in accordance with Key Performance Index.

REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years’ experience at least in any segment of customer services

Customer-oriented with pleasant telephone manner

Hands on PC skills (Microsoft office, Internet etc.)

Native Cantonese and spoken Mandarin

Working on Monday to Friday (minimum of 4 hours),

May require working on Public Holiday, weekends to meet the requirement of concerning project

Immediately available is highly preferred
