Responsibilities:
Monitor payment behavior.

Perform dunning calls to remind delinquent account holder on overdue balances.

Negotiates payment arrangements with debts.

Prepare relevant documents

Handle enquires on overdue accounts.

Requirement:
Completion of secondary education / Holders of certificate of HKALE / HKDSE equivalent or above

2-year experience in Customer Service would be preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills

Good command of written English and Chinese

Well organized, self-initiative and a good team-player

Proficient in PC skills, especially in Chinese WP & Excel

5-day week, Discretionary bonus, Medical plan
