Compliance Officer, Regional Compliance, Investment Banking

The Role
This is a newly created position, you will be reporting to the Regional Head of Regulatory Compliance in HK, responsible for providing regulatory compliance advice for their capital markets & institutional banking business. You will be responsible for handling regulators' inquiries, and reviewing new products and new processes according to regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for audit and regulatory exams as well as compliance training. You will be involved in the development and implementation of new regulations, and other compliance-related projects.
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law or Accounting, with a professional qualification, with at least 3-5 years of experience working in a banking environment, and sound knowledge of local regulatory requirements and different financial products, you will possess excellent presentation and communication skills (Fluent Cantonese and English is a MUST) and an ability to deal with all levels of an organization.
