Head of Operations (Trade Finance)

- Ensure the smooth daily operations of Trade Finance Operations team by providing advice and approval to resolve problem cases, and to maintain/ further improve good working relationship with internal customers
- Responsible for the team meeting the Department’s goals of cost management, quality and risk control
- To lead, motivate, provide guidance and training to staff to ensure business goals are met
Requirements
- Cantonese/Mandarin is MANDATORY for this role
- > 12 years of experience in trade finance operations
- Change management and strong digital transformation mindset
- Solid experience in on trade rules, statutory rules and regulations
- Strong key stakeholder management, experienced in managing conflicts
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
