Responsibilities:
Provide health related information and offer health care plan to customer

Support customer the end to end health treatment plan from service enquiry and advice (e.g. appointment booking, pre- and post- procedure caring)

Provide quality customer services to our patients and internal parties to enhance customers' experience

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and Whats App in a polite and professional manner

Day shift duties required (Monday to Saturday)

Requirements:
Form 7 / Diploma holder or above with at least 1 year or above hands-on experience in customer service or event promotion, gained in healthcare and retail industry is an advantage

Good team-player with strong communication and multi-tasking skills

Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners

Proficient in English and Chinese Word Processing
