Customer Service Admin Officer (Account Service)

What are we looking for?
My client is a well-established Insurance service provider.
We are looking for calibre with
  • Stable and responsible personality;
  • Cheerful, customer service mindset;
  • Detailed and patient can handle many tedius paper work and checking;
  • At least 2-year working experience;
  • Valid Insurance license IIQE and
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
What do you need to do for daily operation?
  • Perform administration support to sales ( Hong Kong counterpart for overseas sales to finish the insurance registration process);
  • Assist clients to fill in application forms and collect all the required documents;
  • Pure Customer Service Admin work, no sales , no KPI, no performance bonus;
  • Communicate with the Insurance company for the details required to be successfully insured ;
  • Follow up and complete contract signing ;
  • Scan and input data, filing and assisting with database management;
  • Assist sales to renew the insurance;
  • Organized the insurance renew time and actively inform the sales for renewal;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
