Customer Service Assistant

- Handle customers on-boarding procedure.
- Assist clients with after-sales service & answer general inquiries.
- Email clients for document signing.
- Assist clients to submit documents online.
- Liaise with different internal departments to solve clients' inquiries.
- Maintain document records.
- At least 2 years of full-time work experience.
- Degree holder in any disciplines.
- English Degree holders are welcome, as 90% of our clients are from Western countries.
- Willing to assist clients from Western countries.
- Knowledge in Corporate governance / Company Secretary field is an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have a can-do attitude to meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Candidates have the possibility of being relocated to various branches or affiliated companies within the GSHK group.
- Learn consultantion and negotiation skills from experienced mentors. All mentors at Get Started HK are accredited professionals in corporate governance, holding charters from the HKGCI (Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute).
