Sime Darby Motor Services Limited, one of the subsidiary companies of the Sime Darby Group, is the sole and official after sales agent for Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Peugeot, FUSO and JAC vehicles in Hong Kong, providing professional services such as new car sales, pre-delivery inspection, car maintenance and repair, car beauty, parts and accessories sales, car testing, special purpose vehicle modification, car insurance and financial solution, trade-in, vehicle disposal, courtesy car, car rental and used car services to customers.

Your role:
Support and ensure smooth operation of the Car Testing Center

Welcome guests and provide quality services

Handle visitor registration, customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Maintain Center's cleanliness & neatness

Provide daily administrative support to the Center

Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

We are looking for:
DSE or above

At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer services/Front Desk

Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented, cheerful and self-motivated

Attention to detail and able to work independently

Able to speak & write Chinese and English

Immediate available is preferred
