Sime Darby Motor Services Limited , one of the subsidiary companies of the Sime Darby Group, is the sole and official after sales agent for Mitsubishi , Suzuki , Peugeot , FUSO and JAC vehicles in Hong Kong, providing professional services such as new car sales, pre-delivery inspection, car maintenance and repair, car beauty, parts and accessories sales, car testing, special purpose vehicle modification, car insurance and financial solution, trade-in, vehicle disposal, courtesy car, car rental and used car services to customers.

Your role:
Provide professional maintenance advices and quality customer services on aftersales service
Follow up with customers and internal parties closely to ensure all maintenance works / PDI are being attended efficiently
Handle enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Provide administrative and clerical support to department

We are looking for:
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in automotive
HKCEE/ DSE or above
Diploma in Automotive Engineering / Technology or related disciplines is preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proactive and pleasant personality
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Possess a valid HK driving licence with Class 1 & 2
Immediate available candidate is most welcomed

Working Location:
Yuen Long
[ The right candidate will work in our Yuen Long Depot, and move to Shatin Depot around Q4, 2024. ]
