We are currently looking for a professional individual to join our Digital Technology team. You will assist Head of Digital Technology to manage the IT services, infrastructure and cybersecurity to ensure the stability and performance of professional IT services.

You'll be bringing these values to us…
Lead the infrastructure network & support teams to provide professional IT services for HK & Macau operations
Oversee daily IT operations on network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ongoing projects execution
Support deployment, configuration and troubleshooting network devices
Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, procedures and standards in line with Company's policies
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for projects execution and continuous improvement
Monitor IT projects & services performance to ensure stability and meet security requirements and compliance
Ensure data protection security and data integrity of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment that are in place
Diagnose and resolve network-related issues and participate in disaster recovery simulation exercises and business continuity plans
Liaise with cybersecurity team to protect the IT infrastructure from cyber threats
Ensure Group IT design and initiative are implemented accurately
Mentor and motivate the team to drive operation excellence and meet business goals
Manage relevant local market technology vendors and solution providers
Research and evaluation of network technology and recommending purchases of network equipment

You’ll be a Great Talent, if you are/have…
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related disciplines
8 years or above of IT infrastructure and service management and related experience, minimum 3 years in supervisory level
Proven track record in end-to-end technology solution delivery lifecycle
Experience in complex technology environment in sizable company
Experience in Cybersecurity management is a plus
Knowledge and Experience in Linux, Windows Server, Virtualization technology (VMWare), Microsoft Office 365,Cloud Technology (Azure, AWS), DNS, DHCP, NAS Storage and TCP/IP, Windows OS, VPN, WAN
Holder of ITIL/CCNA / CCNP / MSCE is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain technologies to non-technical people &/ deliver persuasive argument to persuade management/process owners
Excellent analytical skills
Proactive, Strong customer centric mindset, Problem solving skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively under tight deadlines and schedules
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Technology Manager (Operations)
Working Location: Tsuen Wan, New Territories (near MTR)
