Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls

Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Coordinate with different departments to deal with requests of customers

Perform administrative and clerical duties

Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements

Degree or above

At least 2 years' working experience in customer services field

Independent and able to work under pressure

Willing to work at outdoor sites

Immediate availability is preferred

Comprehensive on-job training programs will be provided.

Opportunities for short-term overseas / PRC assignments are available for high caliber candidates.

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant.)
