Responsibilities

To prepare accurate pricing quotation for issuing to external / internal customer

To handle incoming rates requests / booking instructions / other sundry enquiries given by external customers and /or overseas agents.

To internally coordinate customer’s booking instructions with Operation Team

To run shipment status daily / weekly / monthly report for sales manager’s periodical review

To prepare for sales leads summary under sales manager’s directive guidance.

To perform other inside sales’ related job duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

F.5 / DSE graduate or above

Good languages proficiency of both English and Chinese

Possess 3 to 5 years of working experiences in freight forwarding / ocean carrier industry

Well equip with ocean freight operation knowledge and related on-job experiences

Details oriented and proactive to solve customer’s needs
