Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer services in lounge

Greet and serve guest on seating and food & beverage

Handle and respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly and in a professional manner

Perform ad-hoc tasks when necessary

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year working experience in lounge operations, hospitality industry or relevant experience

Pleasant, customer-oriented and a good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Willing to work on shifts hours
