Responsibilities/ 職責:
Answer customers' enquiries

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Conduct regular checking on office facilities including cleanliness of toilets and office premises to ensure quality service is delivered

To perform daily administration, reports and clerical support works

Requirements/ 要求:
Tertiary education in Property / Hotel Management or related disciplines

Solid experiences in customer services and hospitality fields

Good command of spoken Chinese and English

5 days work week, willing to work on shift (Mon – Fri, between 8:00am to 8:00pm)
