YOUR TASKS
Reporting to the Customs Clearance Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:-

  • Supervise a team for the customs clearance processing, license formality, trade declaration processing, customer contacts on customs hold shipments issue
  • Co-ordinate with Customs and relevant parties for the speedy clearance, and working with various departments on system upgrades and related projects
  • Ensure that shipments enter and exit the country in accordance with network procedures, regulatory compliance and transit time standards.
  • Motivate sub-ordinates for good team spirit and assist in manpower allocation


YOUR PROFILE
  • Diploma holder or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in airport operations, airlines, express, logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, of which 2 years at supervisory level
  • Experience in customs clearance matter, trade declaration matter, license and permit handling is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good command of MS Office applications including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Customer oriented, good analytical, communication and leadership skills
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive and quality initiative
  • Willing to work independently, good team player, under pressure and 24-hour shift duties
