The University now invites application for the following position:

Department of Accountancy - Executive Officer
(Ref: EO (ACY) 2024-09-13)

Responsibilities

provide administrative support for programme administration and secretarial support for the committees and working groups;
assist in planning, organising and administering department-related and programme-related activities, admission exercises, promotional activities and student activities, etc;
support the academic staff of the Department to carry out teaching duties and assist in assessment and examination-related matters; and
liaise with various internal and external parties to support the Department’s operation.

Applicants Should

possess a recognised bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience;
be proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, English and Chinese word processing;
have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
have good interpersonal and communication skills; and
be self-motivated and a team player with strong sense of responsibility, and be able to work independently.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Executive Assistant or Assistant Officer. Work experience at the tertiary education sector will be an advantage.
