- provide administrative and secretarial support for the following programmes: BA-ENG, MA-ELTA, MA-GELCS;
- provide support in various accreditation and re-accreditation exercises;
- promote the Department’s current undergraduate and postgraduate programmes; and
- supervise department-related projects and assist in production of promotional materials.
- possess a recognised bachelor’s degree preferably majoring in an English-related field and have at least 5 years of work experience in the education sector;
- be proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point;
- have a remarkably good command of spoken and written English;
- possess excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills;
- be detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated and a good team player; and
- be able to work independently and take up ad hoc duties.
