The University now invites application for the following position:
(Ref: EO/AO/EA (MGT) 2024-11-01)
- Assist and collaborate with the administrative team and faculty members in ensuring the quality of all administrative work;
- provide executive and secretarial support for departmental and programme activities, including admissions, promotional events, and student activities;
- coordinate the production of pamphlets, souvenirs, and other promotional materials; and
- manage, revise, and update social media platforms including You Tube, Instagram, Facebook, and other similar channels.
Applicants Should
- possess a recognised bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and commitment, with a willingness to learn and innovate;
- have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- be familiar with graphic design, AI, and social media tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Chat GPT;
- be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point; and
- Excel both as an independent worker and a collaborative team member.
