The University now invites application for the following position:
(Ref: PTLA (RLS) (LIB) 2024-11-01)
- perform data cleaning to prepare for the implementation of the University’s Research Information Management System (RIMS);
- ensure accurate and timely data entry into the RIMS according to guidelines;
- assist in retrieving data and information on HSUHK scholars from various platforms; and
- provide logistical and clerical support for RIMS implementation activities.
Applicants Should
- possess a higher diploma or above qualification, or equivalent;
- be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications;
- have strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and
- be able to work independently and as part of a team.
