Department of Art and Design - Assistant Officer / Executive Assistant

The University now invites application for the following position:
(Ref: EA/AO (AAD) 2024-09-20)
- provide administrative support to the Department and the Art and Design Programme;
- serve as secretary to committees and working groups;
- provide support in organising School activities; and
- liaise with internal and external parties to support the office operations.
Applicants Should
- possess a recognised bachelor’s degree, preferably with relevant working experience or knowledge in Cultural Heritage / Creative Industries / Art and Design;
- be proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- possess good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- be a fast learner, self-motivated, a good team player and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility.
