DMS Operator (Trade Finance, Welcome IANG Visa)

- Processing transactions in Trade Port prescribed products accurately and efficiently in accordance with the customer instructions and according to the banks operational instructions to protect both the customers and Bank’s interest.
- Pre-process trade transactions according to the laid down procedures and standard of service.
- Build up good relationship with all internal customers, i.e. good teamwork within the country team/unit.
- Make effort to continue improving personal product knowledge, to acquire multi-products processing skill.
- Make effort to improve personal productivity and output level. To achieve established standard.
- Understand the risks associated with Products Processing
- Understand the Banks operational risk standard underlying operating process and follow them carefully.
- Strictly comply with:
- Ø Bank policies and procedures
- Ø Operational procedures / guidelines
- Ø Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions procedures, in particular, report any suspicious activity as per current guidelines
- Diploma and above Graduate with some experience in Trade Finance Operations / International Trades is highly preferred
- Welcome IANG Visa applicants who possess with great English reading and writing abilities
- Good verbal Cantonese speaking ability is preferred
- Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and willing to work under pressure
- Client-oriented, pleasant, cheerful and good communication skills
- Good sense of time management
- Sound PC Knowledge, especially with Excel
Contract length: 12 months
