Job Duties:
- Responsible for general administrative and clerical support, such as filing and recording documents; maintaining and updating database with systems and excel, etc.
- Work closely with internal teams for quotations, contracts, and invoices
- Partnering with internal HR for the team's leaves records and overtime verifications
- Assist in updating the manpower rosters and the team's organisational structure
- Conduct regular inventory control and to purchase for general office usage and uniforms
- Arrange and to deliver festival gifts to clients and internal staff
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
- DSE or above with 2 years of working experience in the Administration field
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC knowledge especially in MS Word & Excel
- Immediate Availability is highly preferred
