Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works for properties
Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement
Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation
Manage contractors for works progress, quality and carry out take over inspection
Supervise frontline technical staff on work allocation, assigning tasks, repairing and maintenance work
Execute corrective and planned maintenance of building facilities, building services equipment and systems
Requirements

Degree holder or above in Building Services / Building Surveying/ Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive
Able to work under pressure
Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
