Responsibilities
Manage, configure and troubleshooting Windows AD and other software
Maintain Web-based application and database such as OA system
Manage network (IP, Routing, Firewall) with Security first in mind
Troubleshoot any application problem including MS Office and Chrome
Manage Wifi, Printers, Antivirus, Backup, Video Conference, Mobile Phone, etc
Procurement of the above and System/ User Activity Monitoring
Perform ad hoc duties and other administrative tasks as assigned
Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology
2 years or above in endpoint and server support experience
Windows AD with User and Group Policy Management experiences
Basic Concept in IP, Routing Table and Firewall Ports Settings
Understand Web Technology such as Web Servers and Protocols
Ability in MS Office and Google Chrome troubleshooting
SQL、Javascript、VBA and cisco command is bonus (Non-compulsory)
