Customer Services Assistant

Responsibilities
Provide quality services to customers and handle customers' enquiries at the reception counter
To provide administrative support to management office if required
Perform ad-hoc duties if required
Requirements

Form 5 or above with at least 1 years’ relevant work experience
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and fluent in Mandarin is preferable
Hands-on experience in MS Office including Word and Excel
Fresh Graduate will also be considered
Regular office working hours
Immediate available is highly preferred
Work Location: Bank of China Tower
