About Us:
Join our dynamic team and contribute to innovative projects in the construction industry. We are seeking a skilled Estimator with a strong background in structural and foundation work to help us deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for structural and foundation projects.

Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.

Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.

Develop and maintain a database of unit costs and pricing information.

Identify potential risks and opportunities in project bids.

Provide timely and accurate estimates to support project proposals.

Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor bids and proposals.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in estimating, preferably in structural and foundation work.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and labor costs.

Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
