The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) is a non-profit-making organization which aims to be the leading professional organization advancing management excellence in Hong Kong and the region. Established in 1960, the HKMA has effectively served the management education and training needs of the whole community for six decades. With a total of around 13,000 members including individuals and corporates, the HKMA organizes over 2,000 training and education programmes as well as management activities for more than 50,000 executives and professionals annually.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and execution of various business awards, dinner functions, seminars etc
Ensure events are in line with the schedule and budget
Create and prepare communications collateral
Provide administrative and secretarial support for committee meetings
Handle ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and above
1-2 years of working experience in events or related fields is preferred
Independent and highly motivated with strong initiative and multi-tasking ability
Excellent interpersonal skill
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate availability is preferred
