Responsibilities:
Manage the social media projects for multiple client accounts across platforms internationally and mainland China.
Create social media content including text posts, images, videos, and stories to keep our clients’ social channels fresh and compelling.
Monitor social media conversations and trends, and provide timely, thoughtful responses to comments and messages.
Track and analyze social media performance, use insights from data to optimize future content and strategies to boost number of followers.
Identify industry trends, insights, emerging social media channels, new ideas, new approaches and updated tools that help refine digital marketing strategy to drive prospect acquisition, conversions and engagement.
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to integrate social media initiatives with other online and offline campaigns.
Handle ad hoc projects if needed.

Requirements:
Higher diploma or associate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Tik Tok.
Knowledge of Chinese social media platforms such as Wechat, and Xiaohongshu is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a social media management or digital marketing role, preferably within an agency environment.
Native Cantonese speaker, fluency in English and Mandarin
Strong creative and content creation skills, digital advertising and content promotion techniques on social media.
Fresh graduate with related internship experience is also consider
