Executive Secretary (Ref: 240001KK)

Responsibilities

Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Chief Signalling Design Manager of T&ESD, including meeting scheduling, business travel and event arrangements, and etc.
Coordinate with Section Heads and Managers as well as other internal and external stakeholders to solicit information as required and track status of works
Screen and prioritize outgoing or incoming correspondences, including proper handling of confidential documents
Assist in preparing reports and documents as directed
Provide support to departmental initiatives and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages, preferably with formal secretarial training
A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong coordination and communication skills with proficiency in Chinese and English
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Sound knowledge of software applications e.g. Chinese and English word processing, Excel, Power Point and hands-on experience in documentation management

Remarks

Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
