St. Andrew's is a large and growing Anglican, evangelical, international church, within the Anglican Province of Hong Kong (Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui). Located on Nathan Road in the heart of Kowloon, St Andrew's has 5 congregations in English and Putonghua. We are seeking a Facility Assistant to assist our Facility Manager.
Job Duties
- To supervise Caretakers in daily operations including cleaning, security, setting-up for events, and organization of furniture and equipment.
- To schedule the duty roster of Caretakers and assist in managing the team performance.

To assist the Manager in facilities management related issues, renovation projects, maintenance and repair works, building services and site operations, including:
- support in obtaining quotations from service providers for maintenance and repair works
- coordination with contractors and vendors as directed for scheduling site works and monitoring service and product deliveries
- Other facilities related and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Form 5 or above, certificate / diploma in Facility Management or Property Management will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facility Management or Property Management
- Detail-minded and independent with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
Remuneration
- Medical Insurance
- 5.5 days work
- Day-off - Thursday and Sunday afternoon
