Major responsibilities Farm Shop Operations

Perform on-shift duties, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations of the Farm Shop based on the needs of shop

Handle inquiries, requests, and issues happened in the Farm Shop promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate sales records and transactions professionally.

Customer Service

Deliver excellent customer service.

Ensure all visitors are given responsive, friendly and courteous services at all times.

Address visitors concerns/requirements promptly.

Act as the representative of KEBG to provide pleasant experiences to visitor.

Job Requirements

Minimum of a high school or above.

Minumum 1 year relevant experience in retail or customer service

Responsible and punctual individual, eager to learn

Good command of English and Mandarin

Immediate availability preferred

Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as needed.
