Job Responsibilities

Participate in the business strategic planning, convert to Financial models and give financial insight;

Monitor the business performance and progress, give detail analysis to the result and suggestion to optimize;

Provide comptrollership function in order to ensure finances are managed according to legislation, policies and procedures and accounting policies;

Work closely with HQ Finance team to set and optimize the Finance policies and procedures;

Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

Bachelor in Accounting or related disciplines is required

Qualified accountant with HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification

5 years relevant experience in construction business

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.

Proficiency in Software application

Strong organizational and planning skills

Experienced in Chinese companies would be an advantage
